Ayurveda is a holistic health system that has existed for thousands of years and offers a vast amount of wisdom regarding how to create and maintain health. Working with the seasons, Ayurveda provides many suggestions to keep you balanced and in harmony with each cycles of Nature.
In this Special Workshop you will learn how you can adapt your diet, routine and lifestyle, according to your own and unique interaction with the Summer. With simple and practical adjustments, you will be able to enjoy the qualities of Summer, embracing its energy, without the risk of running empty.
This workshop is suitable for all levels and consitst of a lecture and a yoga class with special practices for balance during Summer.Your Teacher
