A unique chance to dive deeper into yogic lifestyle with Harilal Karanath, a very knowledgable Archarya (master/teacher) of Yoga, Ayurveda and Yoga therapy from India.
Learn how to apply the ancient techniques of Yoga and Ayurveda to the contemporary needs and challenges of our daily lives. The seminar will include a short asana practice on both days, led by Janine Brall for a better support and application of the teachings.
Physical practice of yoga (asana) is a form of exercise that leads us to new insights. The key difference between those who perform yoga as an exercise and those who live it as a lifestyle is the application of yoga’s insights as well as lifestyle changes to everyday life. The benefits of the yogic practice on the mat are obvious. What is more difficult is the application of the yogic skills when one steps off the mat. Therefore Ayurveda is a complementary practice. Only the combination of the two practices will bring happiness and health to the modern Yogi.
Applying Yoga and Ayurveda yoga in your day-to-day life can effect your interpersonal relationships, your career choices or dietary changes, to name just a few. Most of these changes, however challenging, are considered to be positive. By adopting yoga as a lifestyle will help you to develop your personality at different levels: physical, mental, intellectual & emotional so that a fuller, richer life can be lived!
This seminar will give you the knowledge of what a yogic lifestyle is, as well as practical tools how to live a yogic lifestyle. You will get deeply inspired by the authentic teachings of Harilal.

Be aware that some topics might be due to change. Indian teachers work in a subtle and intuitive way. They will never work of a 'To do' list of teachings, but tune into the group and individuals to choose what is needed.
