Yoga for Stress Relief & Fatigue Support
Are you chronically stressed and worried? Feeling close to burnout, or recovering after burnout? You are not alone.
Our busy lives often over-stimulate and strain the bodies’ systems, leaving a feeling of being overwhelmed, unmotivated and exhausted. But it is possible to heal and reclaim your natural vitality!
In this therapeutic yoga and breathing workshop, you will learn simple and practical techniques to recover from stress, calm the mind and bring joy back into life. You will release long-held physical and mental tension, and re-open the body’s energy channels through gentle yoga practice. You'll gain an understanding about how your nervous system works, how to manage the symptoms of stress, and how good breathing habits improve and maintain overall health. Most importantly, you will be guided into enjoying deep, healing relaxation, so you can leave the workshop feeling empowered, restored and revitalized.
All are welcome, including those who have never taken a yoga class before.

Liz (Nitya) is a very experienced and knowledgeable teacher, trained in diverse traditions. In her 20 years of personal yoga practice, she experienced firsthand the ways yoga promotes physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing, leading to a more balanced and empowered life.
