Your teacher
Janine Brall (Rama Shakti), mother of 3 children and owner of Yoga Vidya. She is a very competent and experienced Yoga teacher. She will guide you warmly through this special phase in your life. She knows from her own experience how important it is to be conscious and relaxed during pregnancy.
